Enjoy this salt-grilled salmon belly - Shioyaki at the Ichiban Boshi, Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur.The salmon belly was salt-grilled perfectly and nicely cut into six small pieces equally. The salmon belly was very fresh, tasty and not too oily. The salmon skin layer was still crispy. Yummy!Definitely will return to try their sushi and sashimi at a reasonable price. Nice environment but a bit crowded and the chefs are very busy all the times.
