I must highly recommend this breakfast dishIt is a breakfast bento including grilled salmon and rice and other Japanese condimentsYou may think it is very heavy for lunch but the rice portion is only equal two table spoon so it is still manageableOnly problem is that the chef takes quite long to prepare the dishBut while waiting the buffet is open for you to tey other things while waiting
