After running some errands for the boss at the bank nearby, my colleague & I dropped by Champ's for lunch. There were just too many people and with a long line, we decided that it was better to get something to eat first rather than stick around with the lunch-hour crowd. This was my favourite order of the day. It's bascally one century egg sliced into fours and served with a side of pickled ginger. If you're around the area and is looking for something different, then try Champ's Kitchen. They have traditional shanghainese/taiwanese pork dishes which are actually pretty good even if it will clog an artery or two.
