Pork Knuckle. RM39.90 Traditional German style knuckle marinated in beer and brined for a day. Served perfectly tender and juicy with mashed potatoes and special brown sauce.Slightly overdone but it still acceptable. I love the fluffy mash potato so much! The consistency is just nice for my liking, I drizzle it with loads of brown sauce and eat like a kid!! I went all out that night because good food was meant to be eaten like this, right?;)
