这个沙拉里面的蔬菜都是很翠绿很新鲜。牛肉培根给整个沙拉的味道大大的提升。可以说是主宰了整个沙拉的味道。不过就是牛肉培根的质感太过干硬了。不过我也明白这种培根的质感是这样的

这个beef patty burger真的很好吃呢。里面的牛肉扒非常鲜嫩多汁。吃起来简直就是鲜嫩无比呢。吃下去里面的肉汁完全逼出来。整个感觉真的很湿润。上面的芝士有了锦上添花的作用，吃完太饱了

Seafood Pasta since I am in my mood of having Aglio-Olio for a week. The weekday Set comes with a complimentary soup of the day as well as a Ice Lemon Tea. The Spicy Seafood Pasta which is being served is where the tossed aglio olio is being served together with prawns, squid rings, shitake mushrooms as well as chilies and spring onions. The portion which is being served are a large one and I can say it is worth for money as well. The Aglio Olio are also deliciously made and it is simply spicy.

Pork Knuckle. RM39.90 Traditional German style knuckle marinated in beer and brined for a day. Served perfectly tender and juicy with mashed potatoes and special brown sauce.Slightly overdone but it still acceptable. The 2kg pork knuckle is laid beside of a bed of fluffy-buttery mashed potato and served with homemade pork brown sauce...I love the fluffy mash potato so much! Guiness Beef Stew. RM 29.90Seared beef cubes stewed in Guinness and root vegetables for 4 hours. Served with slices of Tuscan Bread.The semi-thick broth consistency won't go wrong for the Guinness Beef Stew, it's literally delectable. You can taste the hint of five herbs spices in it... and a lil bit hint of alcohol flavor from the guiness beer..Drench in the perfectly toasted Tuscan Bread inside the stew and let it absorb the stew...then eat it! Slurp.

BBQ Ribs. RM49.90(Full), RM29.90(Half) Full or Half rack of baby back pork ribs slow cooked until fall-off-the-cone tender...it was sweet and you can taste the char flavor surrounding the ribs..yummmServed with BBQ sauces, chips and coleslaw. The meat was tender enough, and I was told the traditional German Style knuckle was actually marinated in beer and brine for a day before being served. Be prepared to wait an estimated 25 minutes cooking time before being served when ordering this dish though. I love the spices contained both on the skin as well as the meat of this pork knuckle, sure to satisfy even the biggest eater.
