Initially, I was excited to find out how Nandos' Mediterranean Rice would taste like. Is it going to be like the Spanish Paella rice, using Mediterranean rice grains ? But wouldn't it be expensive? And when the bowl of rice finally arrived.. aaah.. slight disappointment there. Actually it's more like local rice grains, BUT actually it did taste pretty good. Boiled rice is simmered with buttered and an assortment of frozen veges (corn/ diced carrots and beans) are thrown into the mix along with
