Nandos are my favourite chains and feast combos also happened to be something I look forward to. The peri feast is often hearthy and wholesome with a range including the peri peri flame grilled chicken, a great array of delicious sides to choose from, and a good deal of break fasting with the muslim friends. The sidelines are often what intrigues me and if not limited to the amount of sideline I have to pick from, I would probably order them all. When taking home or ordering delivery, take note

Nando's Corn-On-The-Cob really aint bad at all. You know sometimes when you buy grilled corn at Pasar Malam and when you bite into them they tasted a bit too burnt or a bit too tough/hard. Well, no problems whatsoever with Nando's grilled Corn-In-A-Cob! Though it's grilled, it's not too dry and when you bite into it the juiciness of the corn kernels are still there. Well done, Nando's . Loved it!

This is one of Nando's many in-house "Designer Drinks". Being a "Designer Drink" means the list has all fancy names. haa haa Rosa Fresca is basically Pomegranate Syrup mixed with Ice Cold Sprite (yep, the fizzy drink!) with some lime juice squeezed in. Oh, and of course fresh mint leaves to garnish the drink floating on top. Not too bad, pretty refreshing really!

Initially, I was excited to find out how Nandos' Mediterranean Rice would taste like. Is it going to be like the Spanish Paella rice, using Mediterranean rice grains ? But wouldn't it be expensive? And when the bowl of rice finally arrived.. aaah.. slight disappointment there. Actually it's more like local rice grains, BUT actually it did taste pretty good. I believe this is the MOST healthy of all the salads listed on Nando's menus. It's SOOO greeny! Greens, greens and more greens ^_^ The bowl is healthy mix of a variety of fresh edible leaves, veges (rockets veges especially) , mixed diced colored peppers (red/orange/green/yellow), roasted cashew nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and shredded feta cheese. Super, super yummy

I love Espetada.. it's something like Kebab, where tender pieces of marinated chicken thighs are grilled AND served on a skewer with the customer's choice of two regular side orders. Oh yes , and it comes with fresh peppers too. I loved it! yums, yums You can just slice off any amount of shredded grilled chicken meat to your own plate as you would like to. The meat's well marinated, tender and super yummy Good for abut 2-4 persons, depending on whether you're a small or big eater

Nando's outlet at Lorong Mamanda 1 is housed inside a 2-floor shoplot. Dining tables are limited on the ground floor kitchen takes up most of the area); so most patrons prefer to climb up the stairs to the second floor where it's more spacious and thus the dining experience's more pleasant.
