After a whole week of state-hopping organising forums in Kuantan, Johor and Melaka, I finally came back to PJ, on 28 September 2013, starving from not having lunch and having delayed flight from Kuantan and also lost luggage from MAS Flight. There were some of my hardworking colleagues who have not had lunch so we decided to go for lunch at Jaya 33. One colleague of mine who is a food connoiseur like me, missed the chance to try the Macau Pork Burger because they was not seat available when she came the day before, insisted on satisfying her craving today. It seems that Saturday at 2.30 pm does not find the place teeming with people.

The burger was quite costly, at about RM 13.90 per set that comes with a Macau Pork Burger with a Milk Tea drink. Additions of egg, cheese, chinese ham etc can be done as well at additional cost of course.

There was also rice with pork but we all ordered the same burger.

The bread was quite unique as it had a special and odd shape and it looks crispy from the outside. It looks somewhat like a bun and very unlike a normal burger. However, when bitten, the taste was quite springy and not as crispy as I thought it to be.

The pork burger was just ok to me though my colleagues who were meat-eaters seemed to love it. I guess it is unfair for me to judge since I am not a meat-eater.
