I always like to eat "kwai fa chee" offered by restaurant and this dish is quite expensive as it made of shark fin. I am glad that Po Ling Temple offers the vegetarian version. Glass noodle was used instead of shark fin. It was cooked with egg omelette, mushrooms and carrot slices. The dish was moist and not too salty. The mushrooms were chewy. The carrot slices gave a crunchy texture.
