The first thing I must say is i seriously dislike to enter a busy restaurant because this is where you don't get good service and attention.The pancake we ordered was super delicious!No doubt it was very greasy, but it was soooo flavorsome, coated with lots of oil..Every mouthful was filled with a dashing of oil , the red color comes from the chili powder, apparently this is something spicy. My family enjoy this very much , they don't really care about how unhealthy or oily it was, as long as it's tasty,they'll whack!
For me, I wish, they can really use a tissue paper to soak up all the excessive oil before they serve.
Anyway, it's really delicious.
