altho pasta zanmai is a japanses restaurantthey have also added a bit of korean influence in their menu with the introduction of kimchi pastait's a soup based pasta so it's like kimchi soup but rather than the normal cabbages you get spaghettii think the chef has reduced the spiciness and sourness of original kimchii soup to make it compatible with the pastait is a very appetizing dish

i think the chef has reduced the spiciness and sourness of original kimchii soup to make it compatible with the pasta
it is a very appetizing dish
