No Korean meal is complete without the kimchi. Kimchi served as side dish is popular and well known for the goodness of the fermentation and the nutrients in it. The kimchi here is pretty consistent. I dislike it when the y did not serve it chilled. But most of the time, they manage to serve chill. the texture is great although I prefer it to be slightly more spicy.
