Jin Xuan Dim Sum restaurant has a huge outlet at Kuchai Lama, specializing in Hong Kong styled dim sum. During weekends, it is so crowded that I have to queue up for 15 minutes before I get to enter it. This Hong Kong Chee Cheong Fun is very smooth but I think it would be much better if they can serve it hot. Another signature that you should order is the century egg pork porridge. It is very thick in texture, and very smooth and aromatic. The century egg and bits of meat are generously stuffed in the bowl, and it has salted egg too. Very flavourful and just right in salty taste. Delicious.
