Jap Chae, Korean style stir fried glass noodles. The Jap Chae came with different varities of mushrooms, prawns and spinach. There were sprinkles of sesame to slightly enhance the taste of the glass noodles. There was a strong presence of garlic in this jap chae and it enrich the flavour of all the ingredients. The glass noodles were slight sticky but springy. This jap chae was really delicious, albeilt slightly oily. We wish it could be a bigger portion.
