"Refreshing!!" That's how I would aptly describe Betty's Midwest Kitchen's Special In-House Salad. I'm not sure what ingredients they put into their special citrusy in-house dressing but it sure compliments the bowl of fresh salad garden greens really nicely Simply love the crispy garden lettuce, cherry tomatoes and most of all the chopped crisp apples. Super yums
