Honey coated pumpkin

Honey coated Pumpkin. This coated pumpkin is one of my favourite dish in the temple. Each pieces of the pumpkin was nicely coated with the sweet coating. It was sticky and the edges were crispy! I like to choose the smaller pieces as these pieces have crispy edges. I have a sweet tooth and I enjoyed this dish very much. The pumpkin was not too soft, just nice texture. The sesame was aromatic.
