Hometown Steamed Tilapia. Although this dish was named hometown steamed tilapia, it was basically the mashed ginger and garlic sauce together with some red chili. Yugayong's version was really delicious! The sauce flooded the fish and the tilapia does not had strong fishy smell. The sauce was so addictive and I kept scooping it. The saltiness was just nice.
