Salted Wine Chicken. Again, the name of this dish was salted wine chicken ("yan jiu ji"), but actually it was steamed salted chicken. It came with a dipping sauce which was quite spicy and tangy. The salted chicken was a normal ones, similar to other restaurants' salted chicken. It was nothing to shout about. The texture was fine and not too rough. it was slightly salty.

Fish Paste Tofu. Yugayong has some very funny named tofu dishes, so we chose this fish paste tofu. It came in separate pieces together with some sauce. I took one piece and the texture was somewhat similar to fish cake. With the mashed tofu and fish paste in it, this tofu was soft in texture. I like the sweet taste of it while the brown sauce gave a saltier taste. Not bad.

Yugayong's version was really delicious! The sauce flooded the fish and the tilapia does not had strong fishy smell. The sauce was so addictive and I kept scooping it. The saltiness was just nice.

Stir Fried Qing Long Vegetables. Since the first time we tried Qing Long vegetables, we like it a lot. Once we hear that this restaurant offers Qing Long vegetables, we ordered it. We just wanted it to be simple, so we took the vegetables with stir fried garlic. The garlic amount was just nice, not too empowering. The vegetables were very soft but it still remain crunchy.

Jiang Nan Sang Har. When we asked about recommendation for prawn dishes, the lady boss strongly recommended us this - Jiang Nan Sang Har. When it arrived, the fresh prawns were big especially the part of the head. It was cooked with home cooked sauce and it tasted very delicious! The prawns were fresh and it matches the special sauce very well. It was not too salty.

Steamed "Choy Pou" Black Tilapia. I was worried that the black tilapia will have fishy taste when it is being steamed, but apparently this was not the case. This dish was good. The fish was topped with choy pou, red chilli and spring onions with some soy sauce. It was slightly salty due to the choy pou but the choy pou gave a crunchier texture too. Overall, it was very delicious.

Fried Kailan with roast pork ("siew yok"). My father is a fan of stir fried kailan with roast pork. So, he wanted to try this in this restaurant. The kailan was cooked with roast pork and carrot. It was a pleasantly good dish as the kailan was moist, it was not too salty. The roast pork was salty but the skin was crispy. Overall, this was considered an above average.

Vietnamese Chicken Wings. We were asking the lady boss for some recommendation on chicken dish and she recommended this Vietnamese Chicken wings as this dish is their signature dish. When this dish arrived, the outlook looked a bit "meh". The sauce has a strong smell that I could not made it, quite salty with a little bit of spicy. The chicken wings were coated with fermented beancurd sauce and being deep fried. It was an ok dish.

Spinach in superior soup. My dining partner wanted something with soup, so I ordered the spinach in superior soup. It came in a hot claypot. The amount of spinach was generous and it filled up the whole claypot. The soup has century egg, normal egg white, wolfberries and anchovies. It was very delicious, not bitter and not too salty. Both of us enjoyed it very much.

Tofu with minced meat. Yugayong is a newly opened restaurant and we decided to give it a try. Their signature tofu was sold out that night, so I asked for tofu with minced meat. It came in the deep fried tofu simmered in minced meat sauce topped with spring onions. I would say the deep fried tofu was not too soft. The sauce was fine, not too salty but nothing so great about it.
