The fried oyster in Restaurant Meng Kee Grill Fish is a must eat. Juicy big sized oysters are firstly fried in pungent chopped garlic to enhance its seafood flavour. The egg and flour batter is pan fried separately with the oysters, creating a thin and crunchy layer that is tossed together with the oysters. Served on a piece of banana leaf to further bring out the aroma, this dish is definitely a thumbs-up.
