The fish head mee hoon in Super Kitchen may not be their signature dish but curiosity got the better of me. Instead of the usual big piece of fish head that I would expect, this dish comes with its fish head separately sliced and fried. Each piece has no bones, which makes it easy to eat and dip into the soup. The mee hoon was a little overcooked for me, as it was too soft for my liking. Each piece has no bones, which makes it easy to eat and dip into the soup. The mee hoon was a little overcooked for me, as it was too soft for my liking. The soup was also a little too creamy with evaporated milk. The soup also contains the usual tomato, salted vegetables and pickles. Generally it was barely acceptable. For RM7.50, it is a little more expensive than most noodles offered and not very worth it.
