I have ordered Chili Pan Mee. Each bowl of Pan Mee comes with a bowl of soup with some egg and veggie in it. As an addition sideline to the noodles, this restaurant offers fried pork meat as well. The pork meat is fried as a whole and then cut into slices for convenient of consumption. It is flavourful, but I find it a little too dry for my liking. However, with the dipping Thai chilli sauce, it makes the meat much more delectable. The crust of the pork was also quite crunchy. For RM12, it was enough to go around 6 of us for sharing.

The traditional Pan Mee here has no option but the soup version. It comes with sliced mushrooms, fried anchovies and minced pork along with a generous amount of leafs. The piping hot soup was flavourful and salted just nicely. Once some chilli is added in the soup, it gives a spicy edge to the dish. The thin noodles were cooked perfectly, without having any overcooked parts. As a conclusion, it is a decent bowl of Pan Mee for RM7.50.

The fish head mee hoon in Super Kitchen may not be their signature dish but curiosity got the better of me. Instead of the usual big piece of fish head that I would expect, this dish comes with its fish head separately sliced and fried.
