It open everyday from 6 am to 6 pm.The Fish Head Noodle is served in claypot which can keeps the food warm till the end.It stands out with its generous amount of various ingredients such as fried fish slices, tofu, preserved vegetables (ham choy), cabbages, yam slices, fish balls, bean curd sheets, lalas clam. The soup base was good and refreshing with tangy taste came from the tomatoes and preserved vegetables while the fish slices and lalas gave it a sweet taste. And also the evaporated milk and Chinese Rice wine added with rich and creamy flavour to the soup.
One cons this place is very hot, because the shop is under the zinc roof .
