This fish head noodles is really packed with ingredients, and the soup is thick with flavour. The ham choi and tomato flavours are prevalent in the soup, yet the sourness is not overpowering, with the evaporated milk balancing it out with sweetness.

从早上六点就开始营业的这间店，有着让我垂涎的鱼头米粉。记得那天在附近跑步，跑完步找食物时，就嗅到扑鼻而来的鲜味。味道有些复杂，汤头鲜甜并有鲜奶味咸菜味，香炸味，非常有层次感，不错的鱼头米粉。
