Claypot chicken rice with additional salted fish. The chicken rice was served in hot claypot, together with onion slices, sprinkles of spring onions and soy sauce. After mixing everything together, the smell exerted from the claypot was aromatic. The chicken slices coated with dark soy sauce was slight salty but tender. The onions provided a pungent taste to the rice. The rice was soft and fluffy. The salted fish added extra saltiness to the dish.
