The Chilli Pan mee comes with runny egg, minced pork and fried anchovies. The instructions given by the restaurant was simple. Just add the given chilli flakes into the bowl. Proceed to mix and toss everything, including the runny egg. I added small portions of chilli flakes one teaspoon at a time, to ensure that I do not make the dish to be too spicy. The runny egg with the egg yolk mixed with the noodles ensures that the chilli sticks onto every strand of noodle. The noodles tasted very eggy, and together with the chilli and anchovies, they make a tasty and delicious meal. A bowl of soup with vegetables is also provided to quench some of the spiciness of the dish.
For RM6.00, it is quite expensive for Pan Mee, but still acceptable given the air conditioned restaurant.
