The broiled sawi was also slightly overcooked, hence it was very green, almost to the point of wilting. They probably have to cook this a bit more as the stalk was quite thick. Hence, the leafy part was overcooked, but the stalk was good, still quite crunchy. The best thing is that they put a generous dollop of minced beef on top, which complemented the sawi.
