Beef Sukiyaki. The beef sukiyaki came in a hot pot filled with beef slices, beancurd, lettuce, naruto, egg and spring onions. I quickly stir the raw egg yolk in the pot so that I can get an eggy fillings in the soup. The sukiyaki soup was sweet and very flavourful. The beancurd was soft and smooth. I removed the beef slices when they were served so that they were medium-well.
