Well, actually I don't quite like Beef so I didn't order this one. But the person who ordered and ate it gave me pretty good reviews on this dish He liked the cheese immensely; and according to him the beef meat is pretty tenderized and rather well-marinated too. Well-prepared and rather flavorful..and definitely more than "passable" in his books. I took his word for it...
