This is a nice dish that consists of deep fried egg tofu with century eggs. The deep fried egg beancurd is very nice and soft, the bean curd was not oily, and the filling inside is very smooth. I love the aroma of the egg tofu. There is a chilli sauce that is very spicy to dip. The century egg was also quite nice. The century eggs were fresh and some preserved ginger were added on it too.
