The stir fried egg plant with minced meat is average in taste. The egg plant was very soft, and slightly oily. It was stir fried in dark soy sauce. I love the minced pork, they were very flavorful and tasty. The minced pork were also slightly spicy. The minced pork and the egg plant makes a good combination, one has a soft texture, and the other has a firmer texture.

The fried battered prawns was average. Nothing special or memorable about this dish. The prawn were deep fried in a light batter. The prawns were very fresh and succulent. I love the prawns that was really bouncy. Overall, the prawns were fresh but deep frying it seems a little to bland. I wish there were some sauce to go with it, because without sauces, it was quite dry.

This is a nice dish that consists of deep fried egg tofu with century eggs. The deep fried egg beancurd is very nice and soft, the bean curd was not oily, and the filling inside is very smooth. I love the aroma of the egg tofu. There is a chilli sauce that is very spicy to dip. The century egg was also quite nice. The century eggs were fresh and some preserved ginger were added on it too.
