The stir fried egg plant with minced meat is average in taste. The egg plant was very soft, and slightly oily. It was stir fried in dark soy sauce. I love the minced pork, they were very flavorful and tasty. The minced pork were also slightly spicy. The minced pork and the egg plant makes a good combination, one has a soft texture, and the other has a firmer texture. continue reading
