The 5th course was stir-fried egg noodles (sang mien) with shredded honey BBQ pork and sesame as topping. I personally find this dish was not to my expectation. It was rather oily and lacked of the frying "fire". Really need improvement on this dish. When the dish served to us, I felt it was not freshly fried and rather cold.
