What I love most about this Almond Croissant is that they're definitely very generous with the use of almond powder; thus you can actually taste the almonds with every bite. And of course, the croissant itself is very buttery and flaky too, without being oily. I love butter croissants.. they're the true pinnacle of good pastries ^_^ Delifrance is definitely really good at it. The snow powder finish on top makes it look appetizing as well...
