The jumbo pork chop is yummy. They have a fridge behind the counter to cure the pork first before they deep fry it. Taste good, and very similar to those that I ate in Japan before. A restaurant worth to visit second time. Taste is great, and Pork is the star!

自从2010年在日本的炸猪排专门店吃过正宗的日式炸猪排，小狮就一直对它念念不忘。念念不忘的主要原因是小狮不曾在大马任何一个地方吃过如此正宗美味的日式炸猪排，可惜小狮又不是暴发户，不然想吃日式炸猪排的时候可以随时飞到日本吃。一直到去年小狮谷歌了一下发现One Utama商场里的Isetan里开了一家名为Tonkatsu by Ma Maison的日式炸猪排专门店。小狮到KL或雪兰莪的机会并不多，如果要吃的话肯定是要吃最好的。在谷歌稍微做了调查之后，发现虽然Tonkatsu by Ma Maison比Tonkatsu by Wa Kitchen迟开，可是口碑却远胜后者。所以小狮就锁定了Tonkatsu by Ma Maison是小狮下一次到雪兰莪必吃的餐厅美食之一。Tonkatsu by Ma Maison位于One Utama Isetan二楼美食天堂Eat Paradise里。美食天堂里除了Tonkatsu by Ma Maison还有许多其他日本料理专门店，每间看起来都很不错，可惜这次小狮已经锁定Tonkatsu by Ma Maison为目标。Tonkatsu by Ma Mais

Heading to Tankatsu for a meal is simply my dream comes true after their opening in Singapore. Negi Miso Hire Katsu Set is the porklicious meal I had sampled. The deep fried pork fillet is served with the negi miso sauce as well as the Japanese leek together with it. If you prefer to get some sauces on the porklicious meal, this is a good one to try out as well. Drench with the sauce makes the dish not to dry and more appetizingPrice: RM28.90/set

this jumbo pork fillet is 250g. it is the largest serving and costs Rm32.90 so you should choose this dish if you want to be full by the end of your meali have always enjoyed tonkatsu but today the rice was not as warm soft and fluffy as beforeit used to have many different types of grains as well but all i saw was the black beansnot to mention the soup also has reduced in taste, the ingredients were still the same but the sweetness and fullness of the broth was no longer there

Tokusen Ippon Hire Katsu Set is the next item which is being served. The deep fried pork fillet (180g) is being deep fried with the Japanese Bread Crumbs (panko). I love it so much where everything deep-fried to gorgeous golden-brown perfection without being excessively oily, and that the meat bringing a slight rough and chewy meat. Located at the Isetan Eat Paradise right smacked in one of the busiest mall- 1 Utama, I believe it would be a sanctuary for people to come over enjoying their meal while avoiding the massive jam along the LDP highwayKatsu Don Set is one of my favorites here. The deep fried pork loin is being topped with egg and the special soy sauce. It is simply superb for someone like me who prefer to get something more moist.Price: RM 25.90

there are two types of deep fried pork they serveyou can select the pork loin which is usually bigger and chunkier or the pork fillet which is leaneri selected the pork fillet with miso saucethe miso sauce covers only half of the pork fillet so that you can choose to eat it with the sesame sauce if you wishthe miso sauce is not very strong nor overpowering the taste of the pork although it is rather thick

Fans of seafood can try their Jumbo Prawn Set. The huge prawns are well deep fried with the panko batter had not disappoint me too. The prawns tasted very fresh even though the crispy texture which covers it. I am falling in love with it so much with the prawns and even though we are so full with all the delicious pork loins, we can even finish up the jumbo prawn set too. The sweetness of the prawns can be tasted each and every bites of it which we could not stop saying “OISHI” to this.Price: RM

Ma Maison is no longer a new name in town after the success of opening 16 outlets since their opening in Japan and extended to Singapore with 5 outlets before opening their very first outlet here in Malaysia. The restaurant had a simple design and yet a meaningful one in the overall concepts. The walls are being stick with the strips of jeans which they had carefully stick each pieces on the wall with the look like a mountain. Besides, the restaurants are being designed with the open-concept kit

I love tonkatsu by ma maison. not many people know about this joint because it is secluded inside Isetanthe environment is cozy and it's walls are not decorated with wall paper but pieces of old jeans cloth so the walls have different shades of blue, even their coasters are made of jeans clothafter you order your meal, the waiter brings you a small tea spoon size of grated radish as an appetizerit is supposed to clean your palate and prepare your taste buds to enjoy the sensational main courseth

Chicken Katsu by Ma Maison, its fried in very golden brown in outlook, crisp on the outside, not so thick on the flour and flavouring. The meat is tender to chew at however, I like strong flavor, which is for me okay. Looking at the price, a set cost RM23.90 and it would be better. The salad portion is a lot and with rice, definitely a fulfilling meal. Miso soup is delicious with seaweed and the prickles are to complement the nice meal.

每个套餐都包括Japanese Roasted Barley Tea (麦茶), Miso Soup, Oroshi (White Radish白萝卜泥) ，饭和主菜。Oroshi - 白萝卜泥，可以直接吃，也可以配上Tamari 酱。我个人认为配上Tamari酱才好吃，口感清新又带点酸酸的。 它的味噌汤~超多料的！现在想起来都还想再喝！他们的菜单提供好多猪肉的选择，我不太会点，随便点了Hire Katsu Set。肉感十足（虾米形容词），看起来炸得很干，但其实肉质还蛮滑嫩的。而某人点的是Chicken Katsu Set，我觉得还是猪肉比较好吃耶～～～～～包菜丝可以加上沙律酱～好好吃哦～～Hire Katsu Set (Deep Fried Pork Fillet/ 160g) - RM25.90Chicken Katsu Set (Deep Fried Tender Chicken Cutlet) - RM23.90

what a lovely place tucked inside isetanyou would never have known until my Japanese friends recommended the placeapparently it is as good as the ones you get in Japanwhat i like best is that the rice, soup and cabbage are free flowalthough rice you can only refill once but it's certainly filling for two people.i also adore the miso soup cause it does not only have the normal seaweed and tofuthey also have bits of meat and onions and carrots

I went to Tonkatsu By Ma Maison @ Eat Paradise again to have some lunch before my movie time. This time, I ordered for something less fried which is the Katsu Don Set. The meat was fried as usual and was put on top of the rice. An omelette was topping the meat and some sauce was added too. It was consider more moist meal compare to the usual dry tonkatsu meal. Very delicious and big portion as well.

We are coming back to Tonkatsu By Ma Maison @ Eat Paradise for more of my pork moment. This time, I ordered Negi Miso Hire Katsu Set. For those who love the "banjir" style, this set is for you. The Negi Miso Hire Katsu set consist of pork fillet that served with the negi miso sauce and some Japanese leek. The sauce was a little sweet and salty which is nice. It's a difference experience of Tonkatsu meal for me.
