Mee Mamak. The presentation of mee mamak shocked me when it was served. The mee was being placed on top of a big piece of papadam (I presume) and topped with some raw lettuce. The mee mamak has enough "wok hei" and fried with beansprout, prawns and eggs. I mixed the lettuce together with the mee mamak. It was slightly salty but balanced by the lettuce. The papadam was crispy.
