In fact, they serve a wide array of dishes ranging from soups, to vegetables, to meats and poultries, as well as seafood. I love the selection of dishes very much as they serve many dishes very close to home cook style.

For starter, I had the soup of the day which happens to be my favourite Old Cucumber Soup. They serve a fair amount which is more than enough for one person. It also comes with generous amount of ingredients. On top of that, it’s reasonably priced at RM 4.

Next is the Deep Fried Golden Eggplant, which basically is eggplants cut in small pieces and coat with flour with deep fried nestum oat grain and roasted sesame. It reminds me a lot of those vegetarian deep fried pumpkin slices. The texture was great, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The eggplant has got some slight chewy texture.

For something else with some softer flavour, try the Stir Fried Vegetable at RM 12. Comprises of a mix of my favourite crunchy lotus root, white fungus, celery, carrot and peas lightly stirred with some garlic, each ingredient is still packed with the distinct fragrant and flavour.

If preferring stronger flavour, or something with greater aroma and fragrant then please try the Braised Pork Belly with Dried Brown Squid at RM 16. The flavour of squid brings out the sweetness and aroma of the pork belly. Especially when braised for such a long time. Each bite of the pork belly is filled with sweet flavour of the squid.

This place is definitely suitable for family meal. When there is a crowd for meal sharing, do try the Turnip Spring Roll for RM 6. It has an interesting flavour, with somewhat coarse texture. It has great brunt aroma from the deep frying on the outside and some tender coarse texture on the inside.

这个蒜泥白肉猪肉的肥瘦非常适中,吃起来都很干爽,配上蒜泥的味道都很重口味。不过我不是很喜欢这个,因为除了猪肉还有蒜泥,就好像没有什么特别了。建议放到最后才吃因为味道太重了。

沙煲梅菜猪肉但看卖相就十分的诱人了,一打开盖,梅菜和猪肉的香味马上扑鼻而来。我喜欢他的五花腩肉,焖得非常的软,入口即化的感觉,还有那些梅菜带微微的咸味,吸满了猪肉的鲜味,吃下一口,在配上一口饭,简直令人难以抵挡它的魅力。
