Singapore hailam chicken rice stall in Wisma Central is one of the famous 'hidden' stall. The stall will be packed during lunch hour and chicken/ roasted pork will always be selling fast, about late 1pm everything will sold out. So be fast and quick if you want to have a satisfied lunch. Ordered steamed chicken this time, very tasty as well. The chicken meat is tender and juicy! Not lost to the roasted chicken actually.Nice.

Honey Char Siew. The afternoon, I was feeling a little bit hungrier, so I ordered the combination of chicken and honey char siew rice. Both honey char siew and chicken was topped with beansprouts and simmered with soy sauce. The roast chicken was fine but the honey char siew was under par. The meat was not soft and it was slightly hard. The taste was sweet as it was coated with honey.

I love siew york (roasted pork) with rice set! When I was hesitated whether roasted chicken rice set will be better or roasted pork rice, I was told that I can actually mix them up into a set of rice. Loving a combination like this! However, roasted pork here is abit too fat for me. Meaning, for a piece of pork meat, the fat layers are more then the meat. Besides, the roasted skin is not crispy at all. I was disappointed though. For the next time, I will stick back to my chicken rice!

For a simple yet satisfactory lunch, you may go to this stall . They serves roasted chicken rice, steamed chicken rice, roasted pork as well as honey sesame roasted pork.

I had ordered roasted chicken rice and the tastes were really good. Not too salty and the meat was juicy! Besides, price is really reasonable in KL area which is about RM4.5O / RM5 per chicken rice.

p/s: Portion will be bigger when male boss is there!

With a hot bowl of soup, GREAT!

OK I am going there for lunch again today!

The service was quick as the restaurant was quite empty. I was served with a bowl of soup, rice, and a plate of roasted chicken drumbstick on a bed of cucumber slices and topped with beansprouts. The chicken was smooth and the roasted skin was soft. The sauce was slightly salty. The beansprouts were thick and crunchy. The chilli has a tad too tangy for me and lack of garlic taste, not really spicy as well.
