Singapore hailam chicken rice stall in Wisma Central is one of the famous 'hidden' stall. The stall will be packed during lunch hour and chicken/ roasted pork will always be selling fast, about late 1pm everything will sold out. So be fast and quick if you want to have a satisfied lunch. Ordered steamed chicken this time, very tasty as well. The chicken meat is tender and juicy! Not lost to the roasted chicken actually.Nice. continue reading

Honey Char Siew. The afternoon, I was feeling a little bit hungrier, so I ordered the combination of chicken and honey char siew rice. Both honey char siew and chicken was topped with beansprouts and simmered with soy sauce. The roast chicken was fine but the honey char siew was under par. The meat was not soft and it was slightly hard. The taste was sweet as it was coated with honey. continue reading
