脆皮鸭在这里很出名，不过要预定才有的吃。一只鸭可以煮两道菜，第一是把鸭烧到脆脆的然后服务员打鸭皮切出来然后夾在鸡蛋皮上很好吃。第二鸭肉可以拿来炒来吃，所以叫一只鸭就可以了。

在姨婆的八十岁生日有宴会上吃到的。里面有很多山珍海味的食物，有鲍鱼片不是一正粒的鲍鱼，但是是真的鲍鱼片来的。还有一些海参，鱼漂和西兰花菜在里面，虽然不比之前好吃但也不会输到那里。口味很鲜甜，人人吃了都说好。

Part one of the Peking Duck was hugely enjoyable, with perfectly crisp skin encased in the pancakes. Part two, cooked in black bean sauce. Also wonderfully prepared.

sze chuan century eggsThis is the sze chuan century eggs.So special to use people are using century eggs for a single dish.They cook the century eggs in a sze chuan style.The century eggs is never been cook before and then they pour the hot sze chuan sauce to the century eggs.The sauce is actually some sze chuan chilli oil.It is so spicy and fragrant.But it is a bit too oily for me.
