Here we are again, but the for the last time with our colleague's farewell. We ordered the signature dishes. First up is definitely the Assam Flying Fish which is silky smooth and tender. As usual, one of the must-have dishes is the mini pandan infused steamed tofu that this place is famous for. There are bits of pork on top too. The other dish we ordered is the signature claypot butter chicken. My colleagues were so shocked that the steamed tofu turned out so small! The aroma of the tofu came from the pandan infused inside. There was some minced meat on top of the tofu. The other dish we ordered was stir fried white vegetables. After my spa session on Sunday, I accompanied my parents to Woh Fung Restaurant in Taman Paramount. I went there once with my colleagues in an interdepartmental lunch.Today we ordered Assam Laksa Steamed Fish. We all liked the sauce which was a mix of spice and also sour taste.
