Going on the recommendation from someone else, we visited Monte's for lunch because that day we were craving for some western food. It was a little after the usual lunch rush hour so there wasn't many people dining there, but there were still a few tables occupied. So it was not long before we were led to a table and given menus. For starters we ordered half a dozen of garlic & cheese baked escargots. 由于帮同事搞farewell，就借此机会来到bangsar shopping centre 这家餐厅，monte's 的set lunch超值得的，我点了sirloin steak with brown sauce，虽然那牛排吃起来没想象中那么嫩，但以他的价格来讲真的很不错了，可以再光顾

这间位于bangsar shopping center的餐厅，有很值得的set lunch，sirloin steak with brown sauce，加个pumpkin soup，再加杯coffee or tea 只需rm28.90++，牛扒我点了medium well，但觉得还是干了点，下次要点看medium rare了。金瓜汤蛮香浓的，不错。餐厅的布置也很舒服，是个适合聊天又有不错的食物的好地方。

Monte's, a longtime haunt that's had a face-lift. Ye olde favorite: carpetbag steak, nicely stuffed with two juicy oysters. Beef ribs, perhaps tougher than expected but still a thrill for flesh-seeking carnivores. And naturally, to pair with the meat: South African red wine, very pleasant to drink.
