Mama kitchen,印象中好像是由其他地方搬过来的,也可能是分行,我也不太清楚。听朋友说他们的瓦煲老鼠粉好好吃,就来试下,蛮大一煲的老鼠粉,还有一粒半生熟蛋打在上面,你可以搅散那蛋或留着后来吃,两个方法都各有千秋,我就会搅散让老鼠粉吸收那蛋,更滑更顺口。

Baby Kailan
Stir fried baby kailan along with some chinese wine (Siew Heng Zao) and also Yu Lou. Garlics and onions slices are also included inside. The bay kailan was not soft but they were crunchy. I had always prefered kailan taste in soft texture but this dish was really delicious too. As the sauce was really thick sticking on the surface of the kailan making it to be juicy vegetables.

Sweet and Sour Pork Rice
The sauce was not so thick, a bit watery. Tasted more to sweet and less to sourish. The pork meat was fried and then cooked together with the sauce. Fresh Water Prawn Fried Noodle
The prawns was huge and fresh. Tasted so sweet. The noodle was not springy as for this restaurant, they deeply fried the noodles for this dish. The noodles were very crispy although the noodles sauce was covering the whole surface of the noodles.

Siew Yoke Mee (Roast Pork with Wanton Noodle)

Claypot Loh She Fun. The food was served after 5 min of ordering, it was so aromatic! The loh she fun was served hot in claypot and massive amount of minced pork on top together with an egg. We have to stir the minced pork and loh shue fun balancely under piping hot state. The gravy was delicious and the loh she fun was moist. Despite that, it was on slightly oily as a whole.
