This Kafe located at the 4th floor in KLCC, just beside Kinokuniya. The environment inside is abit like old nyonya style, i don't know why i feel so...Just the feeling. But the service there is really bad, don't expect they will provide a good service for you. Why i say so? It is because i stand in front of their entrance for more than 5 minutes and their waiter just ignore me even they saw me. At last, i ignore their "Please Wait to be Seated" and walked inside myself to look for a table. Also,

Okay, let's talk about their food. I like the Chicken Nasi Lemak. The chicken rendang is just normal but the main point why i like it is because of their rice. So tasty, the smell comes in to your nose when they serve it and when u put in the rice in your mouth, the rice is really full of coconut taste.

For the Lobak, for me it is just normal cause the ingredient is really normal but the skin of the lobak is crispy. You can hear "krak" when you eat it.

Don't expect much for their service but put in your expectation for their food.

The picture above is the gurney drive rojak that I shared with my partner. The sauce was thick with a generous amount of chopped nuts to go along with the mixed fruits. I was rather disappointed in it as I could no find a single piece of cracker in the rojak as it is my favourite. The fruits were fresh though and there was enough gravy to keep the both of us satisfied.

Penang is famous for food and this is one of the restaurant chains trying to cash in on the popularity. The bowl of prawn mee had chicken slices in it rather than pork meat as the operators had a halal certificate. The soup stock was sweet and thick but a bit too oily for my liking. The shrimps were overcooked and lack any freshness though.

Been to KLCC a number of times and I always see big crowd swarming Little Penang Kafe during lunch hours. One day, my girlfriend and I went there after lunch hours. I ordered Curry Mee and to my surprise the portion is quite big with ingredients such as prawns, cuttle fish, deep fried tofu, cockles, and mint leaves. The coconut milk based soup is quite fragrant too. I kind of enjoy this dish.

My girlfriend ordered "Char Kuay Teow" (Fried Mee) and the portion is similarly big. Maybe you would say you can get Char Kuay Teow anywhere with a cheaper price but then you got to try to believe that it is actually quite appeasing. The dish quite resembles the one I ate in Penang before but of course there is no argue that the Penang Char Kuay Teow tastes better but then you can say that for a commercial local meal, I am quite pleased with it.

If want me to list the first food must eat in Penang, then I will put Char Kuey Teow at the first place. Why will I say that? When this Char Kuey Teow served right in front of me, I will smell it see if they gave me over fried smell or just nice smell. After they fried the Char Kuey Teow, they served it on a plate with banana leaf. The secret behind here is the heat of Char Kuey Teow will extract some fragrance from the banana leaf. When you find the fragrance and Kuey Teow mixed together, congratulations, you just got yourself a nice Char Kuey Teow. One thing noticeable about Penang Char Kuey Teow is their prawn is slightly bigger than the one you can find in KL. If you visit to Lorong Selamat in Penang, then their prawn is even bigger.

Luckily this restaurant serves me a quite nice Char Kuey Teow. Of course the price is slightly higher compare to outside but it able to kill off my cravings for Penang Char Kuey Teow so it's ok. One extra ingredients you can find in this plate is Squid. Try to request a bit chilli when you made the order then you will have nice meal.
