Today we have family gathering dinner in Restaurant Lan Je 兰姐清蒸非洲鱼 Kota Damansara. This restaurant is famour with the 非洲鱼 fish! We went to taste it out with our family together!Food served after tasting it, it is really awesome like many people commented about it. It cooks with special ingredient and topping with small green and red chili on top! So delicious! It is a perfect match when eating together with rice! Everyone should try it out with reasonable and affordable price !

一看店名就知道来这里绝不可以错过兰姐清蒸非洲鱼。著名的兰姐清蒸非洲鱼是用最新鲜的鱼来烹饪，决不会有鱼腥味。这里没有开早市，记得别太早来噢。。虾仁豆腐也是著名的菜选之一，一定要来尝。

我很少到rawang这里的，主要的因为都没有朋友住在这里。而今天朋友带我来到这间餐厅吃这里的酱蒸非洲鱼。这个鱼其实吃起来很鲜，没有一点的腥味。而鱼的肉质也很滑相当的新鲜。

这盘菜胆银鱼仔非常的好吃，个人很喜欢他的银鱼仔。炸得很香，很脆。菜旦很要起来很脆哦，酱油的味道有点带咸，但是每个人还是可以接受的。腐乳油墨，腐乳的味道很香浓，但是一点也不油腻哦。这两碟都是我很喜欢的菜，价钱是7/8零吉。

盐炸咸虾我觉得没有什么特别呢，虾的外表炸得干干咸咸的，虾肉很小一下，也是炸得干干的。但是味道还是可以拉。一般菜肴罢了。虾仁豆腐大概是8块钱左右吧，这盘菜的份量还是蛮大的哦，很多豆腐呢。很适合配饭吃的一道菜，他的酱汁还调得挺好吃的。

这家兰姐清蒸非洲鱼，他们这家店很特别哦，他们都推荐一人一条鱼。价钱大概是14零吉吧，可能鱼比较小条。他们的鱼肉非常的鲜美，鱼肉也蛮厚的，在配上他们配搭得天衣无缝的指天椒辣酱，简直就是美味可口呢。他们的厨师可以按照我们个人的口味来调制辣度哦。

Lan Je 清蒸非洲鱼是restaurant lan je的招牌菜。Restaurant Lan Je 主打的是一人一条鱼的吃法。就是说，你会看到每个食客饭前都有属于自己的一条清蒸非洲鱼。鱼不大不小，刚刚好一个人吃。你可以点不辣，少辣，和加辣。我觉得加辣是里面最好吃的。很开胃。平时周末很多人。可是可以打电话预约。那么，就不用怕去到的时候没有位子了。

Lan Je has the most popular steamed fish ever and the branches are expanding around Klang Valley these few years. Famed for Steamed Tilapia Fish, I went there with mates to try it out.The fish is really very fresh, and I am surprised because it is difficult to find such fresh fish in town. The toppings give a combination of sweet and spicy taste while the soy sauce at the bottom is light and not overly salty. Overall, it has very fresh sweetness with flaky meat. Delicious!

Steam Tilapia Fish. They offer 3 types of toppings: original, mild spicy and strong spicy. We ordered the original ones. Steam Tilapia fish (original) toppled with tons of ginger, garlic and a little bit of chillies. The combination of all the toppings made the fish additive, very fragrant and aromatic, together with the soya sauce gravy. The tilapia fish was fresh and it does not have any muddy taste at all. It was served hot.

This Lan Je Steamed Tilapia Fish is always full house especially during weekends. Although they are occupying 2 shop lots, its still full. Every table must order the tilapia fish. However besides the steam fish, they also serve some other dishes. Unfortunately, their food stocks for other dishes are limited. Mostly are sold out very fast.
