This yellow cube of bread is definitely adorable and eye-catching. This variant is on the citrusy side as compared to the other milder selection like green tea or chacaol. It has the refreshing aroma of lemon zest amidst the subtle taste of soya which consist the bigger part of the ingredients. The soya bread is fluffy as usual, and good to be eaten as the way it is. Best eaten within three days or else, it’ll turn into a bit sour taste for there is no preservatives used in Komugi bakeries.

Green Bean FoogasThe moment my visual sense first detects it, it looks more like an UFO thingy to me, LOL. Never did I see such a design or rather a very innovative way of baking the pastry. It’s very thin and crispy with the fragrance of minced green bean in between. At times, I do feel it’s bit hassle to have to break it into smaller size before I could actually feed it into my mouth, haha. I suppose this naan-like bread would arouse the curiosity of many bread lovers, so do give it a try.

Onion and PepperIn fact, this rectangular-shaped bread doesn’t show in any way that it’s a bakery of savory type that uses onion and also pepper. It actually reminds me of the rocky look of Cranberry & Lemon, but in this case, it’s bit salty with some aromatic hints of pepper. One might not enjoy pepper taste in bread which conventionally, is well incorporated into normal cooked cuisine like noodles or stir-fried dishes. So it’ll be a case like acquired taste then.

Comes to another new expansion of the decent bakery of Komugi Bakery. Compared to the one located at Pavilion, this outlet is meant for bakeries take-away rather than enjoying there with a cuppa At first, I was a bit doubtful of this combination of two sour fruits. But I guess they turn out pretty good in the rustily baked buns. It is a bit hard at first bite but slowly I get through it with some milk to accompany for a great start of wholesome breakfast. The cranberry actually lends some sweetn
