At first, I was a bit doubtful of this combination of two sour fruits. But I guess they turn out pretty good in the rustily baked buns. It is a bit hard at first bite but slowly I get through it with some milk to accompany for a great start of wholesome breakfast. The cranberry actually lends some sweetness to the bread alongside the fragrance of the lemon zest. If you wish to have it softer, you could reheat in the oven for awhile prior to consumption.
