东坡肉是一道用一大块猪肉来烹调的料理，而且通常也会附上花卷，就是一般的馒头，他们这里的东坡肉也算是不错的，猪肉很入味，切开后还蛮多汁的，而且肉还很滑，配饭吃很棒，过后再用花卷沾那肉汁来吃，很满足。

今天我特地从kl拿一包新鲜的啦啦到kajang的 "HXX KXX Restaurant "餐厅去尝试这家餐厅的橱艺，因为他们和我说他们是在KAJANG称霸上汤啦啦的高手。刚开始我很开心以为遇上达人了，哪里知道,我把新鲜啦啦交给他们处理时候,他们对啦啦一点都不了解，连生与死都分别不出。之后他们进去里面用烧水帮它去异味，问题来了，火力加上温度不够尽然直接拿出来和我说，你的东西有问题，你是不是拿死的来,PLEASE明明就是活的,用眼睛都看得懂啊,还说你等等我，我现在去煮上汤啦啦给你吃。我一看到这样处理法，我很想告诉他，我可以不吃吗，因为知道这样煮法，我一定食物中毒。之后这些Kajang厨师还告诉我，你看我的啦啦黄黑的，很开胃，你的白白的不开胃，我真的想对你们说，黄黑很象屎，白很想珍珠，珍珠白可是上等的颜色，但是为了走出大门，我不能说。只好直接和他们说，不适合你们,请你统统给我丢掉，我很忙我要走了！谢谢你们！

This is one of my favourite seafood dish, crabs in clear brown sauce. It's kind of simple way to cook crabs. This brown sauce won't be too thick and strong taste in order for you to taste the sweetness and freshness of the crabs. This crabs are really fresh and meaty. The crabs meat is tasty and delicious. This light brown sauce is slightly clear and rich in crab taste. I really like this crab dish. It goes well with white rice.

This is my favourite seafood dish, spicy bamboo clams. This bamboo clams are really fresh and big. It's cooked in thick, rich and spicy gravy brown sauce with some chopped onion, garlic and chilli. It's really tasty and delicious. I really like this gravy sauce, it's really tasty and yummy with onion. This bamboo clams taste delicious and i like the texture of it. I love it with steamed rice and not all the restaurants served this dish.

This is salty chilli onion mantis prawn,this mantis prawn tastes more appetizing than it looks.It's so tasty and yummy. Deep fried mantis prawn is crispy and tasty, cooked in thick chilli gravy sauce with onion, dried chilli and spring onion. This thick chilli gravy sauce is tasty and delicious. It makes this mantis prawn taste better. It's taste slightly spicy and sweet. I really like this mantis prawn dish.

This is one of my favourite seafood, crabs. This is a simple way to cook crab, steamed crabs. The crabs are taste fresh and normally i will taste the meat plain before adding any seasonings or dipping sauce. Steamed crabs is really tasty and only lives crabs should be steamed. The crab meat is tender and tasty. Normally they will prepare us some dipping sauce as well, if you don't like to eat plain crab meat, you can eat with the dipping sauce.

mammite chickenThis is the marmite chicken.I like to order chicken dish that is use marmite as the sauce because this marmite is very familiar to me as i always use it to eat together with the porridge since i was small.The chicken is very tender and covered with the thick marmite sauce.The marmite sauce is salty with a slightly bitter taste and this is really nice.Love this marmite chicken.

deep fried fish filletThis is the deep fried fish fillet.The fish fillet is cut to small pieces and deep fried it with a layer of battered.The fishfillet is deep fried to very crispy and the crispy layer is very salty and slightly spicy.They added some curry leaves andthe curry leaves is fried to very crispy.You can even eat it.The whole deep fried fish fillet is so salty and spicy,fragrantas well.

This Sizzling ToFu is the signature dish of this restaurant, you are able to see each table will order one. This dish is really taste delicious, especially their special sauce that included minced meat, onion and some capsicum. Besides, the tofu is smooth too and when you mixed with the sauce and the eggs together, you definitely will crave for more and more rice, it is too tasty!
