I've always heard people saying "Don't go to a place during peak seasons. And after my experience at Have, I personally subscribe to that saying too.our 3 course meal was expensive (RM50) but poor. Mushroom soup was watered down, worst than cambell soup Measly looking scrawny pieces of lamb chop. Worst meal ever. Fish and chips. Ok, but but not worth the price paid. Despite of staying miles away from Ampang, I purposely visit the place to enjoy the night scenery there. It's another quiet restaurant up the hill during weekdays, and very crowded during weekends.
