Nice environment with nice foods. Highly recommend this Salmon with Brown Rice. The salmon is fresh and it is quite fulfilling. I wish to have few salmons and eat until I am really satisfied. The another one is Grilled Chicken with Spaghetti. The chicken taste Good and the spaghetti too. The combination can fulfill both desire to have grilled chicken and spaghetti. Nice !

这一杯是他们这里的三枣水，三枣水的味道是非常浓郁的，而且营养价值也高。热的三枣水喝起来更是令人觉得舒服。它的味道是甜甜的，不过非常自然的甜味一点也不会令人觉得腻。

他们的这一款沙拉是还蛮不错吃的。沙拉的食材有切丝的包菜，胡萝卜辣椒丝等等。他们选用了芝麻酱代替了美奶滋，味道吃起来也比较清爽，怎么吃也不腻。又有芝麻的香味，是非常棒的。

这是他们的鸡扒，整个是还蛮特别的。他们的鸡扒上面有搭配着甜豆，小型番茄等等的蔬菜，淋上酱汁厨师还有心的在碟子上用酱汁画了个圈，添加美感。鸡扒的味道很好，吃起来也是软软的，非常多汁。

After an afternoon gym session, the lunch crowd has long dispersed. However, the lunch deal is still on for Garden Recipe. After about 10-15mins of wait, my freshly fried, fried rice came topped with chopped fried chicken and vege. The set also comes with a glass or herbal drink and a bowl of miso soup. Quite a good deal. The fried rice was a little dry but I commend them for frying them fresh as most of these restaurants would just serve ready made ones. In fact, the bowl of rice is quite alot.

Salmon fish head with brown rice bee hoon soup. Since we had some good dining experience last time, we came back to this restaurant again to try other dishes. The bee hoon broth was clear and it was not too salty. The deep fried fish head was served on a separate plate and the coating was crispy. The broth has some taste of tomatos, parsley and it was acceptable. It was an average noodle.

Vegetable Spring Roll. Apart from the main dish, we ordered the Vegetable Spring Roll as an appetizer. There were four spring rolls and served with a bowl of chili sauce. The chili sauce was similar to Thai chili sauce, tangy and sweet. The spring rolls were fine and crispy. The ingredients were filled with vegetables and were moist. It was not too oily and thus acceptable.

Ayam percik with nasi kerabu. Since it was during Ramadan month, I ordered this special Ramadan menu. This set came withacar, egg, sambal and rice. The ayampercik was topped with peas and tomato arranged nicely. The ayampercik was absolutely fabulous! The taste was strong and not too salty, the edge of the chicken was crispy too. I totally enjoyed this set together with the acar.

Sambal Salmon with nasikerabu. My dining partner ordered the nasikerabu as well, but his one came with sambal salmon. It was served with acar, soup, watermelon, egg and rice. The kerabu rice was just so so. The salmon was topped with sambal and raw onions. The salmon was big piece but it was fishy. The sambal and raw onions were delicious, spicy and tangy flavour.

Organic soy milk + black sesame powder. My dining partner ordered this unique combination of drink – soy milk and black sesame. The drink was thick due to the amount of black sesame powder added. The black sesame was a lot and too empowering till it covered the soy milk taste. I would expect the soy milk to be bland since it was organic. I felt like drink black sesame juice instead.

Ice peach tea.I felt like eating organic food and surf the internet for some options. I saw this Garden Recipe in Paradigm, so off we went and tried out this restaurant before our movie. The serve was slightly un-attentive despite not so packed restaurant. I ordered the iced peach tea. The peach flavour was very strong and its essence was too empowering. The drink was sweet.

Brown Rice Nasi Lemak Served with Soup and Fruits is a dish which is special that you can find in Garden Recipe. The brown rice healthy combination is being served with chickens, sambals, ikan bilis with peanuts in it. The nasi lemak is then being topped with the sunny egg on top of it and the overall delights really lovely and special. It is not just healthy but it taste quite good too.Taste: 3/5Price: RM 12.90

Sweet place for meal with healthy food too is located in Paradigm Mall. Another healthy meal we had is the Salmon Fried Brown Rice which is at Garden Recipe where it is being served with Garlic Bread, Healthy salad and a Fruit. The portion is quite a large one and there are a lot of the minced salmon which comes with it. The rice to me will be slightly dry but overall the taste of it is quite good.Taste: 4/5Price: RM 13.90
