So I've heard that one of the first pork burger outlet which I had the chance to savour their fare was relaunched after some renovation works and change of management recently. Invited to their soft launch, where it is now run by new owners who took over the management of Andes BYO Aman Suria. A new look, a new year, so how is the food now? 這一款義大利麵吃起來的味道就普普通通，不過麵條還是煮得軟硬適中的。它的配料是用新鮮的豬肉碎，配上他們的番茄口味的醬汁炒過之後淋在義大利麵上，這款義大利麵的分量比較少。一份RM7.90。

这一份Fish with Rice还蛮不错，他们的鱼肉吃起来口感不错，是新鲜的，而且没有腥味。炸鱼肉的面粉薄薄的，吃起来不会油腻。这一款炸鱼配搭他们的奶油酱汁，味道很好。一份的价钱是RM9.90。

哎，这一款Chicken Maryland对我来说真的是太可怕了。它那厚厚的面粉炸得脆脆的，鸡肉虽然也是蛮多肉，可是面粉也没有必要跟鸡肉的份量一样吧。整个吃起来油油腻腻的，想起来我还是觉得害怕。一份RM10.90可以选择马铃薯泥或者白饭。

The set lunch deal on a Friday is the meatballs coupled with either ice lemon tea or ice cream. When served, I was surprised at the small amount of tiny meat balls. I benchmark meatballs to Ikea's which I think is pretty standard. Andes' definitely smaller and less filling. It's kinda dry too. The vege side feels weird because it's stir fried, chinese style. I don't appreciate such fusion. The mash potatoes was quite nice though, soft in texture and perhaps the hero of the plate.

Ice Tea. The parking was a breeze during weekends and at night. The ambiance was cozy and homey type of settings. I like the checkered table cloth. Since that night I do not feel like having the sour ice lemon tea, I ordered the normal ice tea instead. This ice tea matches well with my main dish that night as the dish was Chinese-based type of dish. The tea was very icy.

Came with the set lunch, the complimentary ice cream has nothing to shout about. It's not especially smooth nor fragrant. In fact, it could be from the usual off-the-fridge brands and not hand made. The only effort that they put in it was the chocolate syrup which adds more sweetness to the vanilla flavoured ice cream. Another good thing is that it doesn't melt fast and could last quite a bit.

The pork chop rice combination is better than the lamb chop rice combination. The vegetable side dish goes better with the meat and rice. The gravy was medium creamy and is recommended to go with the pork. The taste is pretty nice and goes well with the rice. The meat is tender and the marinate was quite exciting. The stir fried vegetable was lightly salted and fresh.

Upon entering Andes during lunch time, we were ushered with the set lunch menu. I had the lamb chop rice with ice cream. Serving was fast and the presentation was good. The lamb meat was tender and flavourful to the bones. The big chunks of garlic add on the extra taste to the dish. Having that said, I find that the coleslaw and rice combo a bit weird, they don't really mix, in my opinion. They should have offered chips instead of rice. Or grill vege instead of coleslaw. Cheesy Nachos. While waiting for the main course to be served, we ordered a plate of cheesy nachos as appetizer. It came in quite a big portion together with a bowl of dipping sauce. The nachos was hot and crispy, some are slightly burnt which brought out the aroma of nachos. Some were stuck with melted cheese that made them so salty. The dipping sauce was cheesy, thick and fragrant.

Ice Lemon Tea. The restaurant has a cozy type of settings with homey feelings. The service was fine as the restaurant has not many people. The parking was ample during night time. The ice lemon tea came with a piece of lemon with a lot of ice. The drink was cooling and not too diluted. It has some tea taste and some sourness of the lemon too. The drink has some sweetness.

Grilled lamb chop. The lamb chop was served alongside French fries, coleslaw, mint sauce and chilli sauce. The lamb chop was not grilled to char. The meat was thin and not too hard. It tasted just nice by itself without dipping into the sauce. Just that the lamb chop was not juicy enough, it was not too salty too. The mint sauce was very concentrated and strong, a tiny little dip of it will do.

Black and spicy pork. This was a set dinner meal offered that night, since I found the name a bit weird, so I ordered it. The pork chop came with rice, tomato and cucumber slices. The pork chop was simmered with black onion sauce. The sauce was slightly salty and tasted like Chinese cooking. It has some sweet onions slices. The pork chop was not too soft and not too hard either. Need to eat the pork chop with rice to lower down the saltiness.

Aglio Olio. The aglio olio spaghetti came with a piece of garlic bread. This was just a plain spaghetti without any meat. The spaghetti was slight hard in texture, not soft enough. The aglio olio sauce was lacked of the garlic too, good for light-garlic eater. The olive oil was not enough. Maybe due to the cheap price, the ingredient used were not heavy. Overall, it does taste like mild aglio olio though.

Another common western dish we ordered was the fish and chips. The fish and chips took a bit longer to arrive compared to other main courses. The fish was indeed very big piece, but i did not like the fish batter. I think the fish batter was too thick and too mush flour. It was a bit oily too. The fish tasted alright, it was fresh. I love the chips, the chips was tasty when dip with chilli sauce.
